Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in this field.
• Excellent project management, leadership and influence skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design, troubleshooting and major repair of oil and gas rotating equipment such as HRSG, Gas and Steam turbine.
• Responsible for all maintenance activity for all machine on other plants similar the above equipment’s.
• Repair processes and key quality control steps in addition to ability to identify spare parts required for turbines, generators, and their auxiliaries maintenance.
• Strong background in the investigation of turbine malfunctions and incidents, turbine outages planning and execution, and field projects/activities management.
• Provide technical support to power plant maintenance and machine shop daily operation.
• Support installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, modify existing equipment and Identify cost reductions & process improvements.
• Provide consultation in all aspects of normal and emergency plant maintenance procedures and standards.
• Provide engineering technical support to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operations of the power plants.
• Operation, maintenance and repair of all boilers, refrigerant compressors, pumps and air compressors.
• Follow up the HSE policy.
• Participate in standards value engineering.
