Salesforce Manager is required for an Global Non-Profit Foundation based in Riyadh.

Preferred Qualification:
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and management, including Salesforce CRM implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred but not required.
- Experience with data security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce.com, aligning it with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate closely with business users and managers to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into actionable plans within Salesforce.
- Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce features and enhancements, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize Salesforce effectively and maximize its potential.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance and usage of Salesforce, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise with Salesforce, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Maintain strict compliance with data security and quality standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information within Salesforce.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce products or services that can further enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business growth.
