Salesforce Manager is required for an Global Non-Profit Foundation based in Riyadh.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration and management, including Salesforce CRM implementation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with data security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce.com, aligning it with business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with business users and managers to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into actionable plans within Salesforce.
  • Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce features and enhancements, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize Salesforce effectively and maximize its potential.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance and usage of Salesforce, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise with Salesforce, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain strict compliance with data security and quality standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information within Salesforce.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce products or services that can further enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business growth.
