Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager for a Global Non-Profit Foundation based in Riyadh.

Location Riyadh, KSA

Salary 15,000 -20,000 SAR/month + benefits 

 

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, event coordination, or outreach.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce.com for database management, reporting, and outreach campaign tracking.
  • Proficiency in event management and communication tools such as Mailchimp, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the MENA region and international events is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Experience managing large-scale outreach campaigns using Salesforce.com.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

  • Data Storage & Maintenance: Manage and store contact information for speakers, delegates, and other stakeholders, including names, titles, organizations, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses.
  • Contact Segmentation: Organize contacts based on criteria such as region, industry, role, and event participation to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
  • Data Cleansing & Updates: Regularly update the contact database, remove duplicates, and correct outdated information to maintain data integrity across projects.

Community Outreach & Development:

  • Research & Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow the community by expanding outreach databases, focusing on emerging markets, industries, and global trends.

Campaign Management:

  • Invitation Strategies: Develop and implement invitation strategies, including creating email templates and managing outreach campaigns through tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce.com, and Outlook.
  • Outreach & Communication: Lead community outreach efforts, ensuring communication is timely, tailored, and effective for different target groups. 

Salesforce.com Utilization:

  • CRM Management: Leverage Salesforce.com for invitation management, data exports, reporting.
  • Optimization: Use Salesforce to enhance community development and outreach, ensuring the platform is optimized for campaigns.
  • Collaboration with Salesforce POC: Serve as the main liaison with the Salesforce technical support team for any tool adjustments, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.

About the Role:

 

The Community Manager will focus on the management and optimization of contact databases, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Salesforce.com for data management, reporting, and community outreach. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and cleansing, as well as supporting technical improvements and collaborating with the Salesforce team for any system adjustments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data management and community development, with a strong ability to execute large-scale outreach campaigns using Salesforce and other communication tools.
