Salary – 15,000 - 25,000 AED/month

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the home furnishings industry, specifically in the GGC markets.
• Must have a sound understanding of  furnishing fabrics, some basic level of textile/fabric knowledge and change outdoor furniture with outdoor furnishing fabric or outdoor furniture fabrics, upholstery, soft furnishings
• Experience with Project/Contract/Hospitality projects.
• An existing network/connections within the home furnishings industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the home furnishings sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in team management is a plus.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and market share in the GGC markets.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the home furnishings industry.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and decision-making.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager, specializing in home furnishings including curtains, blinds, upholstery, and outdoor furniture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the GGC region, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces.

This person will be the first hire within region and will be responsible for building and expanding the UAE team.
