Key responsibilities:

1. Business Planning:

1. Work closely with Finance on financial planning and cost monitoring to ensure alignment with business plan and operating budgets. 

1. Ensure compliance with corporate budgeting requirements and guidelines. 

1. Committee Planning and Documentation: 

1. Prepare committee documents and management information reports. 

1. Create board and committee papers. 

1. Take minutes and track actions from management meetings and business review meetings. 

1. Assess committee effectiveness and recommend improvements. 

1. Ensure corporate governance practices are implemented and adhered to. 

1. Investor and Stakeholder Relations: 

1. Conduct market and industry analysis for continuous alignment with our strategic plan
