Certification/Degree Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Essential skills:

• Strong communication skills required, with fluency in English, Hindi and Urdu.
• Proficiency in all languages is a must.
• Customer centric attitude and attention to detail.
• Candidates must possess their own visa and insurance.
• Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming Calls within the agreed SLA.

• Adhere to the approved Call Scripts while handling calls.
• Conduct proper Caller Verification as per established process, and ensure standard procedure is applied for any unverified Callers.
• Provide Level 1 Troubleshooting support to Caller over the call.
• Ensure all daily activities including Call-back requests and Daily Reporting are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidential all the Customer and Calls data as handled part of the day-to-day activities.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

About the Role:

We are looking for a team member, who can handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and friendly manner. The person should be familiar with usage and working of Mobile Apps (onboarding on the App, performing transactions and be proficient in resolving basic queries).

Key responsibilities:

• Review alerts generated by the company's name screening, transaction monitoring, and fraud monitoring systems.
• Apply name screening alert management processes as per the established procedure and maintain the agreed turn-around-time to dispose alerts.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into flagged alerts to determine the legitimacy of transactions or activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations, including findings and actions taken.
• Collaborate closely with other teams, including compliance, legal, and risk management, to ensure a coordinated approach to financial crime detection and prevention.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of financial crime controls operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging financial crime threats through ongoing training and professional development activities.

Essential skills:

• Knowledge of CDD and the ability to independently perform CDD related work.
• Knowledge related to name screening alert management and the ability to independently conduct name screening alert management.
• Able to engage with internal customers and able to manage expectations.
• Able to serve customers with high quality service within boundaries of policies and procedures without compromising on mandated procedures.

Job Requirements: 

• 1 to 2 years of experience working on name screening, transaction monitoring and fraud monitoring.
• Basic proficiency in understanding Financial Crime Compliance specifically around the identification of money laundering, fraud and sanctions cases.
• Some basic knowledge on PEPs and the risk they can bring to myZoi as a client.
• Drive to bring in operational efficiency and create exponential success as part of a high performing team.
• Passionate about the customers and demonstrated experience of building a relationship with them.
• Ability to balance between achieving business goals with the right controls and risk mitigation.
• Good communication in English (articulation and writing)
