Job Description

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive for a Manufacturing company based in Riyadh.

 

Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary – 5,000 – 10,000 SAR/month

 

Candidate Experience:

  • Saudi National (required).
  • Based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience handling Saudi government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and Absher.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR documentation processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Manage HR processes through Saudi government portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher, and other relevant systems.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, HR records, contracts, and employment documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Assist with employee grievances and provide administrative support throughout the resolution process.
  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Monitor visa, Iqama, and labour-related expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain accurate employee databases and HR reports.
  • Support attendance, leave administration, and general HR administration activities.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external service providers when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and General Manager.
  • Ensure HR documentation complies with Saudi labour laws and company policies.
  • Assist with general office administration and other duties as assigned.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR & Admin Executive to support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of our Saudi Arabia office. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic and growing organisation. Reporting directly to the HR Manager and functionally to the General Manager in Saudi Arabia, you will provide HR and administrative support for a workforce of approximately 70-80 employees. The role will be responsible for coordinating visa and government-related processes, maintaining HR documentation, supporting employee relations, and ensuring HR records and administrative activities are managed efficiently while remaining compliant with Saudi labour regulations.
