We are looking for a Team Administrator - HR for a confidential company based in Dubai.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 12,000 – 14,000 AED/month
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a similar support role.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in building a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across core HR processes, ensuring a professional and responsive service to employees and managers.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing starter packs, induction materials, documentation, and joining arrangements.
- Support the coordination of employee start dates and ensure all related administrative steps are completed on time.
- Assist with visa administration and related documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and update employee records across HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Support payroll administration by preparing and maintaining accurate employee data for submission within required deadlines.
- Manage shared HR administration tasks and respond to routine queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately, confidentially, and in line with company policies and internal processes.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment administration, including candidate communication, logistics, and internal coordination.
- Support the team in learning and delivering recruitment processes, without taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and data records to support internal tracking and leadership reporting.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and support compliance, audit, and reporting requirements through well-organized data and documentation.
- Develop confidence and proficiency in using different HR platforms and systems to support administration and reporting needs.
