Salary - 30,000 - 45,000 SAR/month + benefits

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• CME1 & CME5 certifications are mandatory

• Handle the full process of Parallel Market IPO and Tadawul.
• Supervise the financial due diligence task.
• Preparing feasibility study reports and financial models.
• Preparing evaluation report.
• Handle the full process of private placement.
• Handle the full process of investment opportunities “M&A”
