We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for a Lifestyle & Corporate Services Company based in Dubai on a permanent basis.

Salary 15,000 AED/month

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, Employee Engagement, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing corporate clients and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt engagement strategies to suit different client cultures and environments.
  • Comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR functions.
  • Highly organised with excellent project coordination and time management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
  • UAE market knowledge, including familiarity with lifestyle, wellness, fitness, dining, and entertainment offerings.
  • UAE Driving Licence preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of corporate client relationships following the handover from the Director of Corporate Sales.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, including CHROs, HR Directors, People & Culture leaders, Office Managers, and Employee Engagement teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to client contacts, helping them demonstrate the value and success of the platform internally and positioning them as champions of the programme within their organisation.
  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and account growth.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and successful launch experience.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand existing employee benefits, engagement initiatives, and workforce preferences.
  • Develop and execute employee activation strategies to drive app downloads, platform engagement, and ongoing usage.
  • Coordinate launch events, roadshows, employee engagement activities, workshops, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing and events teams.
  • Gather employee and client feedback, providing valuable insights to internal teams regarding user preferences, behaviours, and future partnership opportunities.
  • Support clients with usage reporting, engagement metrics, and ROI discussions, enabling them to showcase the platform's impact to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure client needs are addressed and opportunities are maximised.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-collaboration between clients and additional value-added initiatives within the platform ecosystem.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE lifestyle, wellness, fitness, dining, retail, and entertainment landscape.

About the Role:

This is a relationship-focused Customer Success role responsible for ensuring corporate clients and their employees maximise the value of the platform.

You will become the trusted advisor for key client stakeholders, helping them successfully launch, promote, and embed the platform within their organisations. Working closely with HR, People & Culture, Employee Experience, and Engagement teams, you will develop creative activation strategies that drive employee participation, engagement, and long-term retention.
