Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Finance for a Computer and Network Security company based in Abu Dhabi.

Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary – 35,000 – 40,000 AED/month

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
• Proven track record managing multi-entity, international financial operations
• Strong expertise in multi-jurisdiction tax frameworks and compliance
• Hands-on experience with intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and cross-border invoicing
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory)
• Master’s degree (e.g., MSc Finance, MBA) is a strong advantage
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Additional certifications in international taxation, transfer pricing, or financial management are advantageous
• Highly hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Experience with financial systems and CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Vtiger)
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Key Responsibilities:

Global Financial Operations

• Oversee and manage financial operations across all international entities
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting
• Lead group-level financial consolidation and reporting processes

Multi-Jurisdiction Tax & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements across all regions
• Structure and optimise tax positioning across multiple jurisdictions
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities

Cross-Border Invoicing & Financial Structuring

• Manage complex cross-entity invoicing models across multiple locations
• Ensure accurate allocation of revenue, costs, and profit margins
• Establish and maintain intercompany agreements and transfer pricing frameworks

Hands-On Financial Management

• Take direct ownership of invoicing, revenue tracking, and financial entries
• Work closely with internal systems (including CRM/ERP platforms such as Vtiger)
• Monitor cash flow, collections, and payment cycles
• Maintain strong operational control over all financial processes

Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Monitoring

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Provide clear insights into profitability, cost structures, and performance
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven analysis

Process Optimisation & Scalability

• Design and implement scalable financial processes aligned with growth
• Drive efficiency improvements across billing, reporting, and financial tracking
• Support automation initiatives within finance operations

Strategic & Corporate Support

• Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and due diligence processes
• Contribute to structuring new entities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly hands-on and strategically driven Head of Finance to lead and oversee its global financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland, UAE, Bahrain, and Singapore. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for structuring, managing, and optimising a complex multi-entity financial environment. The successful candidate will operate at both strategic and operational levels—owning day-to-day financial workflows while providing executive-level visibility into performance, cash flow, and financial structuring.
