Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Management Engineer (Saudi National) for a Global Construction Consulting Firm based in Riyadh.

Location – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Salary – 24,000 – 27,000 SAR/month

Qualifications:

• Manage and oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, procurement, and execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans and specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
• Review and validate project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and construction plans.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address project issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Supervise and support construction teams, providing guidance and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Identify, manage, and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, technologies, and construction methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction management, preferably within water and wastewater projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project delivery frameworks.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic construction environments.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on international projects, with Middle East / KSA exposure preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking for a Construction Management Engineer who will support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, overseeing construction activities from planning through to execution. Reporting to the Construction Management Department Manager, this role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge, on-site experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across complex construction environments.
