Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking) for an Engineering Services company based in Saudi Arabia.
Location – Saudi Arabia
Salary – Depending on Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles.
- Industry experience within fasteners, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (essential).
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive revenue and market share
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting through to closing deals
- Cross-sell and promote the full product portfolio to maximise revenue opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Contract & Commercial Management
- Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements
- Implement pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company policies
- Respond to client inquiries with tailored, commercially viable solutions
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Provide insights to support product positioning and business strategy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including finance, engineering, and operations to deliver client solutions
- Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across business units
