We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking) for an Engineering Services company based in Saudi Arabia.

 

Location – Saudi Arabia

Salary Depending on Experience

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles.
  • Industry experience within fasteners, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (essential).
  • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive revenue and market share
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction

 

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Cross-sell and promote the full product portfolio to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Contract & Commercial Management

  • Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Implement pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company policies
  • Respond to client inquiries with tailored, commercially viable solutions

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Provide insights to support product positioning and business strategy
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including finance, engineering, and operations to deliver client solutions
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across business units
