Job Description

We are looking for a Project Management Training & Change Management Expert (Saudi National) for a Global Construction Consulting Firm based in Riyadh.

 

Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary – 41,600 SAR/month

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
  • Advanced project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Professional certification in Change Management (mandatory).
  • Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a project management trainer.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering structured training programs.
  • Proven expertise in organizational change management frameworks and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of professional project management processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and develop targeted development plans.
  • Experience in personnel management and training administration.
  • Strong instructional delivery and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working within complex infrastructure environments (water and wastewater preferred).
  • Arabic language skills preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Program Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with water and wastewater program objectives.
  • Design structured training plans, curricula, and learning pathways tailored to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Create high-quality training materials including e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, job aids, and user guides.
  • Develop competency frameworks and capability development plans for project management teams.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations that promote knowledge transfer, skill development, and practical application.
  • Utilize innovative instructional techniques and learning technologies to enhance participant engagement.
  • Conduct both classroom-based and virtual training programs.

Change Management Leadership

  • Lead and implement structured change management initiatives to support adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
  • Drive awareness, alignment, and behavioral change across project teams and organizational stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in embedding change management principles within project governance structures.

Performance Support & Coaching

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to project managers and team members.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of training materials, FAQs, and project management resources.
  • Offer targeted performance support to address capability gaps and enhance team effectiveness.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure training effectiveness using surveys, feedback mechanisms, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze outcomes and refine training programs to maximize impact and return on investment.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate individual knowledge gaps.
  • Recommend enhancements to training methodologies and content based on measurable results.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and leadership to align training initiatives with operational priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external training providers, consultants, and vendors.
  • Support cross-functional alignment to ensure integration between training, change management, and project delivery objectives.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Management Training & Change Management Expert who is responsible for strengthening project management capabilities across water and wastewater programs through the design and implementation of comprehensive training and change management strategies. This role develops structured curricula, delivers high-impact training programs, and leads organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and project management practices. The position plays a key role in fostering stakeholder engagement, building internal capacity, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within complex project environments.
