We are looking for a Product Trainer for a Global Electronics company based in Dubai.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 5–7 years of experience within the consumer electronics, mobile, or technology industry (experience with reputable global brands preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail operations and channel dynamics across the GCC.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident presenter with strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Commercially aware with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Results-driven with a strong goal orientation and performance mindset.
- Proactive, persuasive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Creative, energetic, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Content Development
- Design engaging PowerPoint presentations, video content, and digital learning materials.
- Develop and localize training materials tailored to the specific needs of each GCC market.
- Create and manage structured sales, product knowledge, and soft skills training programs.
- Build, maintain, and continuously enhance online learning platforms and e-learning content.
- Develop comprehensive learning journeys aligned with product launches and commercial cycles.
Delivery & Performance Enablement
- Plan and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across retail and field teams.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires and partners.
- Provide hands-on sales training to field staff, retail partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Review mystery shopping results and drive service quality improvements.
- Manage training KPIs and monitor team performance to ensure measurable business impact.
Commercial Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Identify current and future training needs through sales data analysis and performance metrics.
- Assess training effectiveness and ensure practical application of skills in the workplace.
- Regularly evaluate and adapt programs to reflect local market requirements and evolving business needs.
- Utilize digital learning tools and innovative delivery methods to enhance engagement and retention.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Product Trainer to join the Dubai office and drive product knowledge, brand advocacy, and retail excellence across the GCC region. This role plays a critical part in elevating field performance, strengthening retail partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand representation across multiple markets. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with engaging presentation skills and a strong commercial mindset to deliver impactful training programs that directly influence sales performance and customer experience. This position requires regular travel across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
