Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager for an Entertainment company based in Abu Dhabi.

 

Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary 12,000 – 18,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within family entertainment, retail, hospitality, or experiential brands.
  • Strong skills in photo and video content creation.
  • Experience using Canva (or similar design tools).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Illustrator or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy, Content & Execution

  • Implement the company’s marketing plans in alignment with the central brand and marketing team.
  • Create engaging photo and video content that authentically represents the company experience.
  • Design and adapt marketing materials using Canva while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support the Venue Manager in achieving visitation and commercial targets through effective campaigns.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in-venue channels.
  • Align closely with the central marketing team on messaging, storytelling, and visual identity.

Digital, PR & Communications

  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Develop compelling, family-focused content to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with digital advertising agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand tone and objectives.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and online platforms with current and engaging information.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, PR outreach, and media coverage.
  • Monitor online reviews and social feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner.

Community Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with local family-focused organizations, schools, and community groups.
  • Collaborate with mall marketing teams on joint activations and promotional initiatives.

Brand Management

  • Act as brand guardian for the company, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints.
  • Support creative and guest engagement teams with marketing assets for events and programs.
  • Gather and analyze guest feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Venue Manager to align marketing with daily operations.
  • Maintain clear communication with the central marketing team for approvals and reporting.
  • Contribute to monthly venue reports with marketing insights and performance data.

About the role:

We are seeking a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the company to life by executing marketing and communication strategies that drive visitation, engagement, and brand awareness. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Venue Manager, you will ensure consistent, creative, and high-quality brand representation across digital platforms, in-venue activations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
