We are looking for a Sales Executive – Field Trips for a Children’s Entertainment company based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 8,000 AED/month + bonus

 

Qualifications:

  • College degree required.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Comfortable working towards targets in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Experience working within a multicultural and diverse team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive, professional, and guest-centric mindset.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and quick to learn.
  • Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person meetings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule school and institutional field trips based on confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate all field trip documentation, ensuring accurate and efficient physical and digital record-keeping.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Guest Engagement, Creative, Café and Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of field trip experiences.
  • Welcome and host visiting school groups, ensuring a flawless on-site experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with schools and B2B clients throughout the booking lifecycle.
  • Follow up on delayed payments and provide regular updates to the internal accounts team.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to execute B2B sales and outreach strategies.
  • Proactively call and visit schools and institutions to introduce the company’s offerings and programmes.
  • Maintain and update CRM records for schools, corporates, travel/tourism companies, DMCs, hotel groups and online platforms.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and relevant industry events.
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador, contributing to a guest-first, collaborative team culture.

 

About the Role:

 

We are seeking a Sales Executive – Field Trips that will play a key role in driving and supporting B2B sales, with a particular focus on school field trips and group bookings. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with schools and institutional partners, managing bookings end-to-end, and ensuring every visiting group receives a seamless, joyful, and world-class experience. Working closely with Marketing, Guest Engagement, Creative and Café teams, the role combines sales coordination, relationship management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly organised, energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment while representing the company’s brand with professionalism and warmth.
