Job Description
We are looking for a F&B Field Operations Manager for a Retail company based in Middle East.
Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary – 30,000 SAR/month
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
- HACCP certification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years’ experience in the same or a closely related F&B Field Operations / Multi-Site Operations role.
- 6–8 years of overall experience within F&B Operations or a similar operational environment.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience, leading on-site or multi-location teams.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting systems within F&B operations, including cost control, margins, and profitability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic, French, or Italian is an advantage.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret performance data, and drive operational results across several locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support F&B Brand Managers in executing the overall brand strategy across assigned markets to drive sustainable growth and performance.
- Conduct detailed market, competitor, and trend analysis to provide insights that maintain and enhance brand competitiveness.
- Coordinate and oversee brand events, promotions, and special marketing activations within the assigned territory.
- Support procurement by sourcing and negotiating with food and non-food suppliers, including crockery, utensils, and disposables, in line with brand and procurement strategies.
- Follow up on maintenance, health & safety, and loss prevention issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit financial and non-financial performance reports for assigned markets, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with brand standards, corporate policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
- Support the expansion and optimization of multiple sales channels including catering, delivery platforms, e-commerce, and mobile food concepts.
- Assist in menu development and launches, including cost analysis, pricing, recipe validation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and drive daily store performance, focusing on financial KPIs (sales, costs, profitability) and operational KPIs (service quality, food standards, customer experience).
- Recruit, train, develop, and performance-manage teams to ensure operational excellence and high employee engagement.
About the Role:
We are seeking a F&B Operations Manager who is responsible for supporting the strategic direction given by F&B brand managers to help achieve sustainable value creation for the brand in the assigned area. He/she assists in market analysis, event coordination, supplier negotiation, HR collaboration, and performance monitoring.
