We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager for a Global Digital Reality Solutions Company based in KSA.

 

Location – South Africa

Salary – Depending on Experience

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Certifications in marketing or event management are preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or similar role.
  • Experience in working with distribution partners and managing partner relationships.
  • Experience with organising and facilitating customer-facing events.
  • Highly proficient written and spoken English language skills.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of local marketing strategies and event planning.
  • Broad digital marketing knowledge.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot) tools.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement & lead generation: Build strong relationships with customers through direct engagement, driving lead generation and boosting sales.
  • Local marketing activities: Take ownership of field promotions, events, and collaborations with distribution partners to grow our presence across Africa
  • Brand building: Contribute to enhancing our brand visibility and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Event management: Organise and support local events, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with the demand generation team. Capture and upload leads into Pardot/Salesforce to maximise impact.
  • Content localisation: Translate (where applicable), proofread, and adapt marketing assets to suit the local market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Data coordination: Support segmentation projects and manage the use of local data to target the right audience effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local inside sales teams, field sales teams, and distribution partners to align efforts and maximise results.
  • Sponsorship & exhibitions: Evaluate potential sponsorship and exhibition opportunities at local events and conferences, providing feedback to guide strategic decisions.
  • Resource planning: Plan and coordinate locations, materials, staffing, and other resources for field marketing initiatives.
  • Distribution marketing enablement: Work with regional distribution partners to monitor and improve their marketing activity.
  • Digital marketing: Conduct email marketing activities, along with paid/organic social media campaigns to drive awareness and develop sales leads.
  • Team management: Manage a small marketing team to ensure they deliver to their potential

 

About the Role:

 

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive the company’s local presence across Southern Africa by creating meaningful customer engagement and delivering impactful, on-the-ground marketing initiatives. You’ll manage field promotions, events, sponsorships, and collaborations with distribution partners while ensuring our brand messaging is adapted and relevant for the regional market.
