Job Description

We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.

 

Location – Sharjah, UAE

Salary – 16,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior QA/QC roles.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certified.
  • Experience in QMS manual development, site audits, and compliance enforcement.
  • Strong background in real estate and infrastructure projects in the UAE, with Sharjah authority experience.
  • Proficient in QA tools: RCA, CAPA, ITPs, PQPs, SnagR, PlanRadar, BIM 360.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Job Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement the departmental QMS manual and QA/QC procedures in alignment with ISO 9001.
  • Conduct internal and external audits across all project stages to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Review and approve PQPs, ITPs, method statements, and QA documentation for project-specific applications
  • Lead QA/QC briefings briefings, workshops, and training for contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze NCRs, initiate CAPAs, and verify closure through structured inspections.
  • Oversee QC activities including IRs, MIRs, site tests, and documentation compliance.
  • Support project handover with final QA documentation reviews, sign-offs, and DLP preparedness.
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive QA reports, and continuously improve systems based on lessons learned.

About the Role:

 

We are seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead the development and enforcement of Shurooq’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all real estate projects. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001 standards and project-specific QA/QC requirements through audits, training, reporting, and quality oversight from design to post-handover.
