We are looking for a Market Maker Operations for a Global Crypto Exchange based in Dubai.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of battle scars from trading operations, data engineering, or analytics (crypto, HFT, or prop trading preferred)
• Python Prowess: Write clean, efficient code for data analysis, automation, and building operational tools that make people's lives easier
• SQL Sorcery: Complex queries, data transformations, and database optimization are your playground
• Crypto Native: You speak fluent order book, understand funding rates, and know the difference between perpetual swaps and your grandma's swap meet
• Exchange API Ninja: Hands-on experience with REST/WebSocket APIs from major crypto exchanges—you know their quirks and limitations intimately
• Problem-Solving Beast: You don't just find problems; you trace them through complex systems, understand root causes, and propose elegant solutions
• 24/7 Warrior Mindset: Comfortable with flexible hours and on-call rotation—crypto never sleeps, and neither does operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Wizard: Design and deploy battle-ready real-time monitoring systems tracking every heartbeat of our trading operation across exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit, etc.). Build intelligent alerting that screams when something's wrong and whispers when everything's perfect.
• Dashboard Sorcerer: Craft beautiful, intuitive dashboards that give traders god-mode visibility into position health, funding rates, execution quality, slippage metrics, and the million other things that matter when you're trading 24/7.
• Reconciliation Samurai: Build automated reconciliation engines so precise they catch discrepancies down to the satoshi. Zero tolerance for mystery PnL or "close enough" position tracking.
• Health Check Overlord: Guard our 24/7 uptime like a digital Cerberus. Monitor API connectivity, order flow integrity, and system health with paranoid obsession (the good kind).
• Insights Alchemist: Transform mountains of operational data into golden insights. Generate reports that don't just show what happened but reveal why it happened and how to optimize it.

About the Role:

We're seeking a data-obsessed Operations Guardian to build the monitoring, analytics, and operational nerve centre of our 24/7 crypto market making operation. This isn't some back-office gig, this is mission control for millions in daily trading volume, where you'll architect the systems that catch disasters before they happen and transform raw chaos into pristine, actionable intelligence.
