Job Description

We are looking for an IT Recruitment Officer for a hospitality company based in the UAE.

 

Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary – 13,000 – 15,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Skilled at building rapport and fostering strong relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related tools/software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance to candidates on the interview process and company culture.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
