Job Description

We are looking for a Group HR Executive for a holding company in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 18,000 – 20,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in a multi-entity or group structure.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in HR knowledge, labor law, HR software, data analysis, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and project management.
  • Strong soft skills including communication, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, adaptability, leadership, emotional intelligence, negotiation, and cultural awareness. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

HR Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to improve HR practices.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across all group companies.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
  • Mediate conflict resolution and manage employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and support to managers on performance appraisal processes.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all jurisdictions.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Prepare reports for senior management on HR activities and workforce trends.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse workforce.
  • Implement programs that support an inclusive workplace culture.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals across the group to ensure consistency in HR practices.

Perform any other tasks as directed by Management.
