Job Description
We are looking for a Media Creator (Photographer/Videographer) for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.
Location – Sharjah, UAE
Salary – 6,000 – 8,000 AED/month + benefits
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in photography, videography, or multimedia production preferred.
- Minimum two years’ professional experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation, ideally within marketing or events environments.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, professional lighting setups, audio recording, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Understanding of social-media platform specifications and video compression standards.
- Demonstrated portfolio of diverse projects, from live events to polished social-media clips.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Capture high-quality images and footage for social media (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), marketing campaigns, and event recaps.
Event Documentation
Professionally photograph and film exhibitions, lectures, workshops, and community programs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and visual storytelling.
Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished videos with graphics, sound design, and motion effects; color-grade photographs for consistency and impact.
External Coordination
On projects where support is provided, oversee freelance photographers, videographers, or production vendors—ensuring they follow the approved brief, adhere to the company’s brand identity, and align with the planned schedule and quality expectations.
Equipment Management
Maintain an organized inventory of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear; recommend timely upgrades or repairs to maintain production quality.
Content Delivery
Ensure all visual assets are optimized for platform specifications and delivered on schedule to meet campaign or event deadlines.
Quality Assurance
Conduct final reviews of all media for technical accuracy, brand compliance, and storytelling effectiveness before publication.

- Creative Quality - 90% of visual content meets or exceeds internal quality scorecards
- Delivery Timeliness - 100% of assets delivered by agreed deadlines for campaigns and events
- Engagement Metrics - Achieve or surpass target social-media engagement rates (likes, shares, views) for visual posts
- Collaboration Effectiveness - 95% positive feedback from internal teams and external partners on communication and deliverables
- Equipment Uptime – Maintain 98% equipment availability. <5% downtime due to maintenance issues.
