Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager for Wellness & Beauty start-up company based in Dubai.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 20,000 AED/month + commissions + annual bonus + benefits
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience in wellness, food service, hospitality, cafes, restaurants or Food Tech Saas companies
- Strong network in the UAE F&B or wellness space
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build from scratch
- Willingness to travel frequently across GCC (from 2026)
- Fluent English & Arabic
- Passionate about wellness, nutrition, and healthy living
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development & Strategy
- Build the food service sales channel from scratch targeting: Hotels, cafes, restaurants, beach clubs, gyms, wellness centers, and lifestyle venues
- Identify strategic opportunities to integrate products into outlet menus (e.g. adding Daily Greens to smoothies)
- Product Sales Focus
- Promote and sell the brand’s wellness product range
- Educate B2B partners on product benefits, applications, and menu integration
- Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring consistent sales growth
- Upsell across the product range and ensure optimal client satisfaction and retention
- Regional Expansion & Travel
- From 2026, spend 30–40% of time traveling to Jordan, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia
- Build and manage new client relationships across these markets
- Lead and oversee sales operations in the KSA market and manage the KSA office
- Sales Team Building & Leadership
- When appropriate, lead recruitment and training of a regional sales team in the UAE and KSA
- Implement scalable sales processes and team performance metrics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team post-sale to support events, activations, and brand-building
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure strong presence and alignment across B2B partnerships
