Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Regional Director for an Aviation company based in Dubai.

Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – Depending on Experience

Candidate Experience:

•    At least 1–2 years in ACMI or wet leasing within a broking environment
•    Experience in fleet management, network development, and revenue targets
•    Ability to build relationships at a senior and mid-management level
•    Should be UAE-based or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

•    Identify and qualify potential lessees and lessors for ACMI operations
•    Increase footprint through proactive Network (s) expansion and Business Development
•    Participate in events and conferences to represent ACMI, Charter and Support services and develop opportunities within assigned regions
•    Account Management of assigned (ACMI) Lessee and Lessor
•    Develop and drive New Business opportunities i.e. Aircraft/Capacity Management/Aviation services.
•    Systematically find ways to comprehensively be aware of aircraft availability and events that may cause the requirement for an ACMI lease and pursue to conclusion
•    Responsible for brokering deals and being actively involved in transactions
•    Focus on business development, management, and maintaining/creating new relationships with key decision-makers in airlines and operators
•    Promote ACMI as a planning tool Oversight of operational aspects, with a dedicated department to support but needing to stay involved
•    Must have a natural personality and strong interpersonal skills
