Salary – 15,000 – 20,000 SAR/month
Requirements:
- Proven relevant experience in a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role, ideally in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.

- Analyze failed or declined transactions and determine root causes (e.g. card controls, network issues, partner-side failures).
- Proactively surface patterns and suggest fixes or preventive solutions.
Fraud & Disputes
- Investigate suspicious transactions, flag potential fraud, and liaise with our processor or partner bank where needed.
- Manage and support the customer dispute lifecycle: from claim to chargeback, collaborating with Customer Success.
- Work closely with Product to suggest features that mitigate fraud or reduce operational overhead
