Job Description

We are looking for a T24 Developer for a leading bank in Bahrain.

 

Location – Bahrain, BH

Salary – 2,500 – 3,000 BHD/month
Engagement Type – Contract (12 months)

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Proficiency in programing languages such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Islamic banking and T24 banking experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with version control systems, and development tools like Github as part of Development.
  • Relevant certifications in T24 areas.
  • Good understanding of Temenos Integration framework (IF), IRIS
  • API & Data Formatting Engine (DFE).
  • String experience in Creating API using TWS (Temenos web services)
  • Knowledge of Temenos release R21 and Latest release
  • Strong Knowledge in T24 modules CUSTOMER, AC, FT, TT, DC, TF, LIMIT,LD,MM,COLLATERAL and COB Management.
  • Strong knowledge in T24 Application development and Customization (Enquiry, Version, Delivery, Deal Slip, Programming Subroutine, multithreaded routine, Template programming, OFS, NoFile, ECS, TABBED Screen and Menu) & GL/PL Reporting.
  • Strong development skills in JAVA
  • Strong knowledge on Authentication methodologies to be followed during the
  • integration platforms.
  • Strong Knowledge in TAFJ, Design Studio, jar file creation.
  • Strong knowledge in conversion from TAFC to TAFJ.
  • Strong knowledge in AA , and migration of LD , MM, AC to AA

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Implement T24 core banking modules and functions based on business needs.
  • T24 Application development and Customization (Enquiry, Version, Delivery, Deal Slip,
  • Programming Subroutine, multithreaded routine, Template programming, OFS.
  • Responsible for T24 API development using TWS and interface with third party application.
  • Collaborate with Business analysists and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration workflows and data flows.
  • Perform troubleshooting , debugging and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all development carried out as part of the project.
  • Perform Unit testing and ensure that the solution meet the business requirements.
  • Participate in Code review
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards , development methodologies and security protocols throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for T24 applications, addressing issues and implementing fixes in timely manner.

T24 Developer objective are responsible for designing, developing, customizing and maintaining Temenos T24 core banking applications to support the organizational requirements.
