We are looking for a Tele Sales Associate for a Financial Services Start-Up based in Dubai
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – Depending on Experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and retail sales or sales background
- Proficient in South Indian dialects, English, Urdu, and Hindi
- Required to have UAE driving license and own car
- Must possess their own visa (spouse, golden, or company visa with NOC letter issued)
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages (South Indian dialects, English, Urdu, Hindi)
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in various environments, including on-site visits
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
Key responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product offering to effectively communicate and explain it to end users.
- Perform daily calls to registered users, offering support, assistance, and guiding them through the onboarding process for the app.
- Conduct research calls to understand client needs and capture valuable feedback (voice of client).
- Handle service queries and solution-related issues in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Flexible to visit labor accommodations and sites to conduct user onboarding sessions.
- Generate corporate leads for the sales team through tele-calling and cross-selling efforts.
- Conduct financial literacy sessions at client premises.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Safeguard client confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
- Comfortable visiting labor camps and engaging with large groups to answer questions and resolve queries about the product.
