We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager for a private equity firm based in KSA.

Location – Riyadh, KSA

Salary – 30,000 – 45,000 SAR/month + benefits

Qualifications:

Degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent from an accredited academic institution preferred.
Track record of success in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), family offices, and institutional clients.
KSA Market experience is essential.

Must be able to quickly understand the Company’s investment offerings.
Strong interpersonal and polished presentation skills and professional appearance.
Ability to collaborate with the executive team.
Effectively manage time to meet and exceed company-set metrics and goals.
Ability to deliver and perform under challenging deadlines.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure funding (equity capital primarily) for the Company’s PE investment from investors.
Support investors during the customer onboarding phase (including the KYC/AML process).
Manage existing relationships effectively through regular visits and other means of communication.
Initiate, retain, and develop new client relationships.
Maintain an understanding of the dynamic private equity asset classes.
Provide clients with ongoing investment updates (i.e. investment performance, market trends, etc.) with the support of the Investment Team.
Oversee the update of the relevant CRM database and ensure its accuracy and relevance to the business requirements of the company.
