Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer for an Aviation company based in Dubai.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 50,000 – 65,000 AED/month
Candidate Experience:
- Must have 10 years leadership experience within commercial aviation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Lead Long-term Commercial Vision (rolling 36 and 60 month strategic roadmap)
- Design and oversee implementation of scalable revenue frameworks leading to sustainable growth

- Strategic oversight of financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and business unit performance
- Establish strategic direction for ACMI and Charter revenue streams to drive market leadership under the guidance of the respective Heads
- Identify and develop strategic business opportunities that enhance core operations through innovative solutions in aircraft management, fleet optimization, and digital transformation
