Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer for an Aviation company based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 50,000 – 65,000 AED/month

 

Candidate Experience:

  • Must have 10 years leadership experience within commercial aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect and Lead Long-term Commercial Vision (rolling 36 and 60 month strategic roadmap)
  2. Design and oversee implementation of scalable revenue frameworks leading to sustainable growth
    • Strategic oversight of financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and business unit performance
    • Establish strategic direction for ACMI and Charter revenue streams to drive market leadership under the guidance of the respective Heads
    • Identify and develop strategic business opportunities that enhance core operations through innovative solutions in aircraft management, fleet optimization, and digital transformation

1. ACMI Strategic Leadership:

    1. Design and implement multi-year regional growth strategies
    2. Develop market entry and expansion frameworks for emerging markets
    3. Establish key Lessor relationships for optimal rates, availability, and performance
    4. Define and measure strategic KPIs for team performance
    5. Architect talent development framework and succession planning
    6. Design organizational structure to support scalable growth
    7. Develop strategic recruitment and retention frameworks
    8. Lead digital transformation initiatives including SkySearch evolution
    9. Drive strategic partnerships to enhance operational capabilities
    10. Position company as thought leader in industry forums

2. Charter Strategic Direction:

    1. Drive client acquisition and strategic alliances in all regions and appropriate business sectors
    2. Create market penetration strategies for emerging markets
    3. Establish key Operator relationships for optimal rates, availability, and performance
    4. Define strategic performance metrics and growth targets
    5. Design comprehensive talent development programs
    6. Develop scalable organizational frameworks
    7. Create strategic talent acquisition frameworks
    8. Lead technological innovation initiatives
    9. Develop strategic partnerships for operational excellence
    10. Establish industry thought leadership position
