Job Description

We are looking for a Unifier Specialist for a global Construction Consulting Firm based in Saudi Arabia. 

Location – Riyadh, KSA

Salary – DOE

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Unifier installation, administration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with the Unifier interface and core modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Unifier tool, ensuring its proper functioning and efficiency.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Unifier software and modules as needed.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Unifier-related issues.
• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with project management standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Develop and update user documentation and guides for Unifier users.
• Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned.
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within the company, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Unifier Specialist with a deep understanding of the Unifier system. You will be responsible for the administration, installation, maintenance, and support of the Unifier tool across various projects. While back-end programming skills are not required, a thorough understanding of the system’s architecture and functions is essential to ensure its seamless operation.
