Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative for a coffee brand company based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai

Salary – 10,000-15,000 AED/month + commission

 

Requirements:

  • Any UG/PG degree
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Proven experience developing sales plans and achieving targets
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience selling coffee machines into businesses and offices 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market potential by engaging with customers and generate leads
  • Leverage past relationships and references towards lead generation
  • Develop detailed business plans for sales and to manage organizational sales, from reviewing its expenses to generating enough sales for the company
  • Achieve the desired sales goal targets on time and expand the customer base in UAE
  • Responsible for creating an effective sales proposal for the benefit of clients
  • Responsible for increasing the brand visibility and reaching out to targeted demographics
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop specialized marketing campaigns to achieve the brand & organizational goals.
  • Develop product opportunity studies highlighting benefits, costs & risks. In addition, preparing business cases and strategy for new/enhanced products roll-out
  • Be the industry expert as well as being the primary contact for all internal stakeholders on POS, Kiosk, Vending and Retail payment integration
  • Analyse plan and execute Pilots and Proof of Concepts for solution acceptance
  • Facilitate the coming together of new technology & solutions to launch new payment and cash automation initiatives
  • Become a trusted advisor by proactively guide your customers with technical recommendations and best practices
