Senior Manager - Digital Proposition is required needed to for a leading UAE bank.

 

Location Dubai, UAE

Salary 42,000 AED/month

 

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, user experience design principles, and web analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Web based digital sourcing funnels – including but not limited to, information gathering, conceptualization, designing, execution/implantation and continuous enhancements, followed by an end-to-end management of those sourcing channels & related delivery.
  • Use data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities within digital journeys, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the Web based journeys related STPs are optimized by incorporating best practices in digital marketing, user experience, and effective campaigns/promotion.
  • Coordinate with compliance and risk management departments to ensure that all digital journeys adhere to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital journeys, including metrics such as conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, customer behavior, and technological advancements to continuously innovate and improve the bank's digital sales channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support the promotion of banking products through digital channels, ensuring a consistent and effective brand message.
  • Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on digital sales and customer journey optimization.
