Location – Dubai

Salary:

• Junior – 10,000-12,000 AED/month
• Mid – 12,000-15,000 AED/month
• Senior – 15,000-2,000 AED/month
• Lead - 25,000-30,000 AED/month

Requirements:

• Sales or account management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus
• Arabic speaker is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of merchants and provide support on their requests
• Promote our product to new merchants and upsell to existing merchants to meet the yearly target
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues in a timely and effective manner
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging personal and professional networks
• Develop a deep understanding of the companies products and its features and benefits
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize sales strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to continuously improve our product and service offerings

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of merchants and support them with their requests. The ideal candidate will have sales or account management experience, be a team player, have good communication skills. Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
