Location – Dubai

Salary – 15,000-17,000AED /month + benefits

Requirements:

• Strong cooking experience – you have a degree or diploma in cooking/kitchen management
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Food Sciences or related field
• Excellent written English and command of the English language
• Passion for food - knowledge of food trends and international cuisine types
• Good understanding of nutritional requirements
• Experience with;
  • Cooking independently
  • Food photography
  • Food styling

• Passionate about food: Thinks and breathes good food. Spends free time trying and cooking new recipes. Has an interest in the aesthetic side of food and regularly snaps pictures of their creations
• Customer centric: Understands what people like and want to order and eat. Is interested in understanding the commercial side of recipes and getting very familiar with our core customer
• Passion for quality: Understands the quality of ingredients and is aware of the importance of the brand and how it is perceived by the customer
• Work ethic: Follows through on commitments, moves fast, and takes initiative

Key Responsibilities:

• New/updated recipes: create an average of 60 recipes per quarter that adhere to our cost, structure, and quality guidelines
• Style and photograph: create appealing recipe images
• Peer testing: test team member’s recipes and provide structured and actionable feedback
• Recipe card development: participate in the read-through and recipe improvement process while pushing for accuracy and ease of use
