Location – Bahrain

Salary – 2,000-2,500 BD/month + Annual Air Ticket + Medical Insurance

Requirements:

• Ideally someone already within GCC region but must be open to relocate for a minimum of 12 months to bahrain (single status benefits)
• Experience in banking industry is preferred (specifically within application banking)
• CQIA, CQPA, CQE, or CSSGB Qualifications preferred
• Experience of development of quality standards, policies, and procedures. Evaluation of documentation, and support of internal and external audits
• Experience within leading & running a department that focuses on improvement and heavily focused on documentation and audits 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
• Compile and analyze statistical data
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
