Job Title: Talent Partner

Location: Dubai

Education and Required Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree required and 8 + years of corporate recruiting experience preferably in the tech or services industry; 2+ years’ of experience in a leadership recruitment role
  • Preferred experience and successful history of leading major recruiting projects and new initiatives
  • Ability to manage a recruiting staff through large-scale recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships, ability to collaborate effectively with others, implementing HR staffing processes, strategies and programs
  • Knowledge of HR practices such as OFCCP, AAP, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong conceptual thinking, analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to multi-task; versatile; attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently

Responsibilities: 

  • Manages a global recruitment team responsible for hiring in a fast-paced professional services environment, providing ongoing coaching and feedback that allows the team to pivot quickly  
  • Partners with department heads in response to staffing requirements; responsible for developing and managing highly effective processes to attract and hire high quality and best fit talent in a full range of positions
  • Provides strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all subsidiary recruitment activities
  • Researches and recommends practices and methods for improving the hiring process, such as skills testing and other assessment tools
  • Counsels hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of legal and operational requirements, hiring and compensation guidelines
  • Provides training workshops with new managers to teach best recruiting practices and processes for highest quality selection decisions
  • Ensures recruiting and staffing programs meet business needs at the global level and follow legal and regulatory requirements as well as competitive best practices
  • Assists with workforce planning and budgeting activities  
  • Focuses on ensuring that the Appirio Recruitment process is a market leader, using data insights from various tools to look for continuous improvement  
  • Responsible for managing vendor relationships, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Jobvite, etc. and partnering with parent company, to look for synergies in process/technology
